Costs

Due to an increase in demand for the services of Dean unfortunately he is no longer able to accept any more clients in the Brighton area.

This means that Dean’s sole place of business in Croydon and the amazing MyPT Studio.  Also with increased demand Dean only has space for clients by application only.

Additionally to the 1:1 personal training service Dean is also available for public speaking, lectures and seminars about health, stress management, wellness, weight loss and hormonal balance. This is cost is on application as there are a lot of factors to take into account.

The Cost

The cost for Dean’s extensive service is priced at the following way:

Initial 2 hour in person or Skype consultation £25*

  • 4 session per calendar month £200
  • 8 sessions per calendar month £400
  • 12 sessions per calendar month £600

If accepted onto the program you can expect the following within all the above packages which will have all variables such as nutrition, stress, training, hormone balance, lifestyle factors and sleep all tailored to you specifically.

  • Full diet, lifestyle, digestive and stress based assement
  • A gym based program for you to follow
  • A full diet recommendation making food as simple and easy as possible
  • Sleep recommendations
  • In person 1:1 physical training with Dean either once, twice or three times a week.
  • Supplement recommendations for boosting health**
  • Nutrition only consulting sessions
  • Coaching sessions on time management, business planning and career development
  • Postural analysis
  • Muscle activation and movement correction techniques
  • Text, email and phone call support
  • Most of all is the knowledge, guidance and support you need to achieve your goals

Online based training is also available for £100 per calendar month. This includes the following

  • Initial 2 hour Skype consultation priced at £25
  • Nutritional review and recommendations
  • Text, email and phone call support
  • Gym based programs to follow
  • Instructional video’s and how to perform exercises

Optional Extra’s

Supplementation is a great addition to a great nutritional plan but are not essential if you don’t have the budget for them. All supplement recommendations are 100% personalised and optimised for your state of health.
